To specify whether a new page can begin in the middle of an element.

1. The CSS page-break-inside property is used to specify whether a page break should be avoided within the element

2.It is used to ensure that related sections of webpage remain together on a single page. Eg: a photo and its caption.

Value Description
auto To leave it to the browser to decide where to insert a page break. It the default value
always To enforce a page break before or after the specified element
avoid To avoid having a page break, if possible
left To enforce one or multiple page breaks before or after an element, such that the page is formatted as a left page.
right To enforce one or multiple page breaks before or after an element, such that the page is formatted as a right page.
inherit To inherit properties of the parent element
